Who we are
We are a home care service founded on years of experience, passion and love for the role. The manager is a registered nurse with broad experience across hospitals, A&E, care homes and one-to-one care. Our staff are given additional training to widen their knowledge, so you receive the best possible care and attention.
Why we started
Gentle Helpers Care was created because there weren’t enough care companies available to support people being discharged from hospital. We hire on our values, choosing people who are passionate about caring for others, and every member of staff goes through a thorough vetting process, including DBS checks. We treat customers and staff like family, to create a positive and bright environment.
What we offer
We offer a wide range of support, from 24-hour care and waking nights to short visits, or simply a chat and a cup of tea. Our trained and experienced staff are held to the highest standards, following the five values the company was founded on: excellence, passion, integrity, commitment and compassion.
