A small team that looks after its own
We’re a close-knit team, not a call centre. You’ll know the manager, a registered nurse who understands the job because she’s done it, and you’ll be treated as a person rather than a number on a rota.

Home Carer
From £15 an hour (more for nights, self-employed and bank holidays) · Zero-hours contract · King’s Lynn and Norfolk
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Carers to provide high-quality support and assistance to people within their own home. The role includes travelling for short visits between multiple clients. You will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being and independence of those in your care, ensuring their comfort, safety and dignity are maintained at all times.
Pay:
- Days: from £15 an hour
- Waking nights: £16 an hour
- Sleep-in nights: £14 an hour
- Self-employed carers: £17 an hour
- Enhanced rates over the Christmas and New Year holidays
- Holiday pay, mileage paid and paid training
You’ll need:
- Previous experience in a care home, home care or hospital care (at least 1 year)
- Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle, willing to travel within reason
- Right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer sponsorship)
